Through the plastering and shotcrete divisions, Olympic has nearly 20,000 interior finishes and concrete shells under warranty across three states.

The company has worked on virtually every type and size project imaginable, ranging from backyard pools to large waterparks and aquatics centers.

The company has received the highest level of recognition from Pebble Technology for sales and quality since 2002.

Shawn Still

President & CEO

Since 2003

Shawn joined the company in 2003 as part of the succession plan for his cousins Phil & Susan Still. When they retired in 2015 Shawn bought the company and has continued the company’s tradition of excellence.

Antonio Acuna

General Manager

Antonio is in charge of the personnel, logistics, customer service and quality control of the company.

Gerardo Medrano

Director of Operations

With previous experience in home construction, Jerry started in the company since 2013 and currently manages the crews and coordinates the repairs.

Summer Jones

Inventory Coordinator

Since 1998

Summer is one of the first employees of Olympic and has been in the company since 1998. She now manages all aspects of inventory, purchasing and receiving.

Alejandro Lara Project Manager

Alejandro has years of experience in the pool industry. He is often in the field managing our crews and handling repairs.

Sintia Rodriguez
Office Manager

Sintia joined Olympic in 2020, she is in charge of our quality control department, coordinates repairs and provides administrative support to the office and crews.

Kaite Norris

Shotcrete & Pebble Coordinator

Kaite joins Olympic with over 10 years in the legal field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and administrative experience to the team. She is bilingual and is excited to be part of this new chapter.

Rosamaria Cabrera
Accountant

Rosamaria joined our accounting team in 2022. She has over 20 years working in the customer service industry and brings a wide range of bookkeeping experience.

LaDonald Thrash
Warehouse Manager

LaDonald and his warehouse crew are responsible for all inventory, ordering and facility management.

Caleb Ward

Fleet Coordinator

Since 2021

Caleb is our fleet coordinator and coordinates machine and truck repairs and provides field support to the office and crews.

Chris Sinclair

Controller

Chris oversees the accounting operations of the company. He has a wide range of financial and operations experience in manufacturing, distribution, service, and small business consulting. He strives to create efficient processes that improve accuracy and reduce time required to complete financial activity.

Bo Swanson
Sales Coordinator

Bo leads sales development for Olympic, bringing extensive experience in pool construction and sales. Previously, he worked with Pebbletec, the premier brand we proudly use in our business.
